Sploot was a Gungan Glurrg Podracer who raced on the Mos Espa Grand Arena track on Tatooine. He was considered a complete laughing stalk due to his utterly useless pod. It was a tiny pod, with the engines only about 2 meters in length. The Gungans allowed Sploot to race, only thinking he would crash and die in about 15 minutes into the race. However, he did fairly well, only crashing on his fourth race of his short lived career. He was seriously injured and forced to retire.
