Occo Ninebar

Occo Ninebar was a Neelabi podracer. He had flippers for arm, usually used for swimming on his homeplanet. He had to be submersed in water to survive, because of this he raced in a water filled bubble.

He'd probally never would've tried podraceing if he hadn't found the Enser Flay 254 podracer, which could support small water creatures. He was a track favorite on a particular course on Mon Calamari.
